TIMAGO is the manager of personal data processing in accordance with the law and regulations on the protection of personal data. TIMAGO as the head of personal data processing determines the purpose and means of processing personal data and is responsible for keeping and using personal data in paper and/or electronic form.

Personal information we collect
The personal information we collect depends on the type of relation we have with our client. In the first row we are dealing with data without which we cannot obtain cooperation and sell our products and include at least:
- basic personal information (name and surname);
- basic contact information (address, phone number, email address);
- information regarding the use of the website: www.timago.com (if applicable);
- data required for payment processing;
- other personal data necessary for the realization of client’s rights based on consumer protection law.

TIMAGO collects and manages personal data for the purposes of sales relationship of products form its own offer and in order to fulfill its legal and regulatory obligations as well as to achieve its own legitimate interests in lawful business.

TIMAGO undertakes technical and organizational measures in order to process the collected personal data only in a manner that is in accordance with the stated purpose. If necessary for the purpose of performing our business activities, access to personal data will be made available to the third parties: state bodies and bodies of public authorities that have the right to access personal data for the purpose of enforcing legal obligations: lawyers, service departments, financial institutions and other business partners. All except public authorities and public authorities, personal data are processed solely according to TIMAGO’s instructions.

User personal data will be processed within the European Economic Area. All personal information collected by TIMAGO for the purpose stated in the section Collecting and using your personal information will not be available to anyone who has no TIMAGO’s authority.

Achiving personal information
The time period for storing personal data of users depends on the purpose for which TIMAGO processes them.
The data collected solely for the purpose of providing sales transaction or provision of other services are kept for 5 years from the date of the last transaction in which they were used (for example the transaction of delivery, reclamation, etc.).
The data collected for processing based on a legal basis, are kept in accordance with the time limits of the provisions of the law in question (form example – the Accounting Act, etc.).

Communication for exercising the rights related to the protection of personal data requires the use of the communication channels defined in the section „Realizing the right” in order for each request to be utilized and the user as the initiator is identified.
