The warranty extension option applies to all products purchased after August 1, 2022.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY?
The condition for extending the warranty is registering the product purchased by the consumer. To register the product, send an e-mail to the following address no later than 30 days from the date of purchase of the product, indicating in its content or by sending a scan of the warranty extension form available for download for the product covered by the warranty extension option on the website www. timago.com the following information:
Device model
The name of the store where the purchase was made
City of purchase
Name and Surname
Device serial number (a number that starts with the letters SN)
Purchase date: day / month / year
Form of ownership: Company / private person
A scan or photo of your proof of purchase
After registering and verifying that the terms of the warranty extension are met, each user will receive a unique warranty extension certificate.
The received certificate should be kept and presented when making a complaint.
